Fulltime | 1 position As a Lead Physicist within the Studio Project, you will provide in-depth knowledge and critical insights across glass related areas, supporting the team’s artistic and technological development. You act as a knowledge anchor for the team, ensuring that research, experimentation, and design decisions are informed, accurate, and intellectually rigorous. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge Contribution: Provide well-founded expertise relevant to the project’s evolving themes, ensuring conceptual and technical accuracy. You will ensure that past projects remain accessible, relevant, and inspiring, while connecting them to present and future initiatives. This position combines curation, coordination, and communication to guarantee that the creative footprint of Emergence continues to resonate with audiences, partners, and collaborators. Key Responsibilities: - Legacy Project Continuity: Oversee the continuity and representation of legacy projects, making sure they remain impactful and true to their original concept. This includes managing their integration into upcoming events and exhibitions, preserving the relevance of past work as Emergence evolves. - Balancing Past and Future Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to maintain a balance between honoring legacy projects and pushing forward with new initiatives. Your perspective will be essential to ensure both our past achievements and emerging innovations are valued. - Strategic Event Involvement: Work with the Head of Events, Scalability and Emergence alumni to create engaging events that showcase both legacy projects and new work.
