Operations | Osaka Programmer

As the Project Oversight & Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics, scheduling, and budget for Emergence’s participation in the Osaka World Expo. This role requires strategic thinking, meticulous planning, and a collaborative approach to ensure a seamless experience for the team and attendees. You will work closely with key team members including the Producer, Curator, and the Operations Manager to align on logistics, manage content, and support overall project success. Your work will be instrumental in showcasing Emergence on an international stage, helping us engage a global audience and cultivate meaningful connections.

Event Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and oversee the day-to-day schedule for the Osaka event, ensuring that all planned activities, such as panel discussions, presentations, and networking sessions, run smoothly.
