About the Role
Taking care of the visual identity and all the visual communication regarding Emergence. ensure that our work is shared effectively with the public by developing a strong design strategy
What does this role entail?
Graphic Design Expertise: Possess advanced skills in graphic design, including proficiency in design software and a strong understanding of design principles.
Visual Branding: Ability to create a visual identity and brand for Emergence that effectively represents its values, mission, and unique identity.
Creativity and Innovation: Demonstrate a creative mindset and the ability to think innovatively to develop visually captivating and engaging designs.
Visual Storytelling: Ability to visually communicate complex concepts and narratives effectively through design, ensuring a compelling visual storytelling experience.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual branding across various platforms and materials, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand image for Emergence.
Time Management: Efficiently manage time and meet project deadlines, delivering high-quality visuals within designated timelines.
Brand Awareness: Stay informed about the target audience, market trends, and competitor analysis to create visuals that resonate with the intended audience and differentiate Emergence in the industry.
Have affinity and experience with the Adobe Suite (at least Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
comfortable with 3D computer graphics programs and/or visual programming (Blender, Processing Figma, Touchdesigner, cinema 4d etc.)
Have experience with high pressure in project-based working (Eg. commission work)
Have an extraordinary and extensive portfolio.
A feeling and understanding of branding and its underlying structures and methods.
A drive to create and a passion for aesthetics.
