About the Role
As Chief Conceptualization you are working within a development team consisting of twelve members. Your main task is to protect the quality of concept, thus you are responsible for Leading conceptual research, concept design and communicating an artistic and/or technical narrative to the public.

What does this role entail?
Research and approach: Conduct conceptual research for laying the foundations of an artwork within art and tech. You think through the methods, approaches, questions and structures of research.
Quality concept: Construct a meaningful concept design, experimenting with different mediums to communicate this concept design. It should clarify the aim, narrative, research and approach of the artwork.
Leadership and Guidance Lead the curation by the art team for their installation and be responsible for a multi-layered narrative that contextualizes the art-work.
Strategic Vision: Possess a strategic vision for the department, aligning conceptualizations with the overall goals and objectives of the team. Ability to guide and steer the conceptualization process towards innovative and impactful outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure concepts align with the team's vision and goals.
