What?
Sometimes, verbal and written methods can feel monotonous. Starting with materials instead of ideas can reveal new insights in a hands-on, creative way.

Why?
A collage is a collection of cutouts from magazines, newspapers, or other materials like plastic or foil. It can convey a predetermined message or help uncover one during the creative process.

How?
Step 1: Gather magazines, newspapers, and craft materials.

Step 2: Begin with a blank A3 sheet and collect images or texts that fit
your intended message or theme. A narrative often emerges
naturally.
Step 3: Arrange and refine the collected materials into a cohesive
collage. This process typically takes 1–1.5 hours.

Step 4: Showcase the collage to the group, explaining your choices and
their significance.

Step 5: Discuss each collage, allowing others to share their
interpretations and associations. This reflection process takes
about 30–60 minutes.
